Ladies can I go swimming 3 weeks after having a baby ??

After bleeding stopped I resumed all normal activity I even went back to work 2 weeks after lol

You should wait until being cleared at 6 weeks

They recommend you wait till after 6 week check up.

Personally I wouldn’t and didn’t until after I got the clear from my doctor
