My sister is a Warrior. She is stronger then she knows and will ever admit. July, 28th I got a call that she was hemorrhaging out so she was rushed to the hospital. It was a lot of crying after that phone call. As i drove ten hours from Pennsylvania to get to her, She got put to sleep and ended up having the baby at 29 weeks pregnant. He weighs 2 pounds and 8 ounces. Her placenta detached from her uterus and there was a hidden blood clot that broke the placenta off, she also got eclampsia which escalated things further.. the baby arrived very fast and is now in an intensive care unit. He will be there for a month to two month's they said. He is stable, he is doing well, breathing is a lot better. Vitals are looking good. Test results so far are coming back well too. It was scary for everyone, but I can only imagine how scared my sister and her boyfriend were during this time. Baby Elias is so beautiful. So much love has filled me up inside. I'm in Awe of him completely. It will be a long journey ahead, but we as her family have her and her boyfriend in our hearts and prayers. It's things like this that make me look back and realize we only live once, life is to precious to sweat the small stuff especially when something so big like this happens out of nowhere. so live life positively, let the negative energy go.. And with all of the positive postings to her this has turned out to be a very heartfelt experience in the end. So much love to everyone. My baby nephew is my number one guy.
