This mama is looking for a house for low monthly rent 3rd room, have a nine year old so a decent elementary, idealistic to stay where we can live and stay under 1k for 1 year!
Ideally not to from the Wisconsin boarder. If you see anything for rent send it to me! Please and thank you! Online searching is going fine but I feel if I was out there I could ask around or see a board. Thanks.

Under 1k would be rent alone not including all the utilities and extras.
I live right by Woodstock, tbh your best bet is either right over the boarder which is 20 mins from me or small towns. We have 2br 1 bath and we pay 1100 this area is expensive
Woodstock is pricey. Wondering if anyone knows any more info about Rockford and surrounding area. I wanna go towards perioa but again that Wisconsin board is my job security location.
@mama.ally2009, Rockford pricy too and it the best area to live in.
Not trying to sound rude but you probably wont find a 3 bedroom house for under 1000 a year with rent alone. And that doesnt even count for utilities you would have to pay. I would look into section 8. They will go off of your income.
