Tmi... but i have discomfort stomach pain sometimes painful , i think cause of constipation (also OB says) I've did try milk of magnesia and it worked the 2nd day taking it but it was an all day thing of me in the bathroom and i hate that.. and not even a day or 2 later of stop taking my stomach started again. What do y'all use/take to help you go on a regular basis?
