Because they sell quicky, and if they arent locked up, more than likely they are getting stolen. Could also be an on hand issue, and tbe dept manager is just over looking it.

The store I work at just started locking then up and we are usually always in stock of them now.

Always the 88 cent ones and the first response are always out of stock. The only Walmart that has their pregnancy test in locker case is if they are a highly theft store and they have a high rate of people stealing them. I have even seen a Walmart have the formula in locked boxes it’s crazy. And the alcohol is now in locked boxes also

Pregnancy tests and gluten free anything. God forbid you ask when anything will be restocked, even if they claim to have it online or in the app and you get a rude response. Gotta love Wally world.
