What is on and off? Are you timing them??

Like I’ll cramp for about 20 minutes and it’ll go away and come back 10-20 minutes later

Make sure you time your contractions. Any concerns just go straight to L&D.
Baby should be moving 10x every 2 hrs

Baby is moving plenty and it just feels like period cramps. I don’t feel the tightening.

I also have never had spontaneous labor before and never experienced this with my others.

Could be having contractions so I'd time them if I were you.
I had frequent BMs both times before I went into labor
