Does anyone else ever felt not pregnant at 10 weeks but the bump shows? I have absolutely no pregnancy symptoms but I’m 10 weeks and 4 days pregnant..

This is me now. I'm so worried cos with my other pregnancies I atleast felt a lil nausea here n there. With this one I feel absolutely nothing! Can't wait for tomorrow to do my ultrasound so I can see something in there lol it's freaking me out
