Friendly reminder that the Depo shot is the devil. I'm still bleeding, still having awful cramps and headaches, and I can't eat without Immediately feeling like I'm going to be sick. 🤦 Dr at my PP appointment said its all Depo symptoms and it could continue until it's out of my system. Luckily it's not caused any weight gain yet and hopefully won't. I'm still struggling with these last about 5lbs though. 😬 Tummy pooch needs to go, it's swimsuit season damnit and I know it will make me uncomfortable in my suit. But seriously, never getting the Depo again, it's making me feel like I'm on my period constantly and I hate it. Going back to condoms and ovulation tracking once this nonsense is out of my system. It worked flawlessly until the month we tried to have another baby and there wasn't any awful side effects like this. It's not worth it if it's going to make me this miserable all the time.
