Anyone tried these before & it worked? What are your suggestions for potty training. My daughter will be 3 on Tuesday and we’re still in pull-ups 😞. I feel like a failure sometimes because she’s not fully potty trained & I slack off a lot.
I think those are the ones my mom was talking about, she said it has plastic so it won’t get on the outside. I’m about to order some now
I used the potty training pull-up app and it helped a lot!! She got to play a game if she went pee when the timer went off. At first I set the timer for every 15 minutes until she peed then upped it from there. And eventually she would just tell me and we didn’t need the app anymore.
Get the book “oh crap potty training” from amazon. My son has been potty trained since 27 months and I owe all his success to that book. It’s a great method.
People gonna knock me for this but I potty trained about 20 children and my rule is sit on the potty till you pee , every child I potty trained got bored after 5 minutes and squeezed out pee lol
Every 20 minutes on the potty , no pull up panties noting just loose pants , they don’t like the wet ness on the cause it runs down the legs .
Sometimes all these alternative are just there so parents can spend money
I used those same Minnie ones with my daughter in January she pissed in them twice and got so upset never did it again. Got her potty trained just two months before her birthday. Lol plus I rewarded her each time she went to the bathroom.
I did notice the private area is like a thick cloth. Hopefully my daughter will react the way your daughter did lol
My daughter has them, they’re not meant to be peed in if you’re looking for a pull up alternative. They are thicker so they hold more if they do have an accident. Don’t beat yourself up, my daughter is 3.5 and we’ve been working on potty training since before last Christmas. She does really well with peeing on the potty, she has a few accidents here and there but nothing crazy. She. Will. Not. Poop. On. The. Toilet. It’s maddening. I’m still buying diapers just for her to poop in. I’ve tried everything to get her to poop on the potty, I’ve tried not offering diapers (she’ll just hold it until I put one on), I’ve tried bribery, begging, sitting there with her and cheering her on, I’ve tried distracting her with books, and I’ve even tried turning her around on the toilet so she can hold onto the back of it. Nothing. She won’t do it. But I’m over it now, she can’t crap in a diaper forever. They’ll get there eventually. Good luck mama!
No I brought them just in case she has a accident it wouldn’t fully ruin her clothing in school until she’s changed into another pair of underwear. I never knew about them until now lol. & omg I’m having the same exact problem. My daughter REFUSES to poop on the toilet. I think it’s cause the water splashed back up at her once and she’s been traumatized since. It’s hard because I don’t want to keep buying her diapers/pull-ups for that.
She probably needs privacy. Allow her privacy to poop and that may help. That was the trick for me. The book I followed to get my son potty trained said to put them on the potty and then “forget” something in the other room then tell them you’ll be back after you get it.

Potty Training *Updated*
Why is there such a push to do it so early?
Anybody body start potty training at 1?
Like starting with once a day going the same time every day ?
To get them on schedule ??
I was 🤔 maybe like before bed to put her on the potty , since I work early in the am and usually don’t have time .
Edit: training a girl
Questions for older kids: when did ya'll start potty training? Is before 18 months to soon or no? How long did it take to get them potty trained?
Talianna is a year old and I'm thinking about starting a potty training routine.. any tips? God it's been way too long since I last potty trained 😌
These are like the cloth diaper version of pull ups. They probably don’t hold the same amount. If these don’t work I suggest looking into cloth trainers because they have a water proof layer on the outside. Can I recommend the ones from Kanga care 😉 they have some super cute prints. That’s what got my daughter on board the cute designs on her undies.
