When should I tell my boss I’m pregnant 🥺 I haven’t told anyone yet since I’m waiting for my first ultrasound most likely. But at work I usually carry more than 30 pounds.

There’s no set time but you should wait until after your first ultrasound at least. I told my boss at 11 weeks and then my coworkers at 13 weeks. I don’t do any heavy lifting but I show early and I didn’t want people guessing. As far as heavy lifting 30 lbs isn’t that heavy. I was carrying and lifting my 33 lb 3 year old when I was pregnant and it wasn’t a big deal.
My boss didn’t know until I had to call in because my water broke. He still was confused until he got my fmla paperwork. I was only 26 weeks though.
I'm 20 weeks and do a lot of heavy lifting and still havent told my boss. Im kinda waiting until lifting becomes uncomfortable because o dont like getting special treatment lol. A couple co workers know so they usually help me out if I am having a rough day
