So it's been months since my SO other seen his daughter because her mother is a trip , she randomly calls from the grandmother's phone yesterday saying come pick her up and buy her some school clothes and she wanted him to drop her back off after , he literally had to beg to see if she can stay the weekend ,she said one night. It's crazy how she only lets her come around when it's convenient for her , I feel bad for my SO because he is a good dad ,he needs to just hurry and file for custody because I don't see her ever changing

Wow that's unfortunate. I'd definitely encourage him to take her to court. She's only putting a damper on his relationship with his daughter and he has every right to be able to see her. He should nip this shit in the bud. She won't change you're right

Yeah we're gonna definitely get it done and his daughter is 7 and fully understands what her mother is doing it's definitely sad cus she wants to see her dad
