I got my only daughters ears pierced at 1 month old. She wore earring for a long time. Now she’s 10 & she said mom why didn’t you let me decide if I wanted them or not? She says I don’t like earrings. So yeah, that made me feel so bad. Her ears are still open but she doesn’t wear any.

It’s so cute to have them earrings. My mom did mine at 1 month old too. & believe it or not, I’m not into earrings. I would love a pair of real 2/3carat diamond earrings. One day I’ll get them lmao 😂. But I’m allergic to anything that’s not gold. So therefore I rarely wear any.
But yes, I would wait too.

I'm not crazy about them either but I do wear on occasions lol. I put my studs against her ears and they looked so cute and that made me wanna get them pierced

I got my 5 year olds ears pierced at 3 months. I cried, she cried, I felt so guilty and regretted it instantly. Now she loves her earrings. My 16 month old still doesn’t have her ears pierced. I decided to let it be her choice. I feel I should have done that the first time around.

I never was able to pierce my daughter’s ears as a baby, I felt too guilty, but as she grew up she’d see little girls with earrings and asked for hers done, she’s 3 and we just got her ears pierced a few months ago. To be honest I wish I would’ve done it as a baby since in my opinion it would’ve been easier to take care of
