So I had to go In for an emergency ultrasound because one day for like 15 minutes I had heavy dark red bleeding but haven’t experienced it since . I’ve just been having the normal brown discharge. My OB told me at my ultrasound no sex . No penetration. Does that mean I can’t masturbate ? They said the baby was completely normal and healthy btw . I know this is probably a TMI but idk what to do !!!

If they specifically said penetration I would think masterbation would be ok as long as it’s all clitoral. Just be careful because an orgasm makes the uterus contract. So if you get bleeding after that I wouldn’t.

The uterus contracts a bit when orgasming. Sounds like you have a SCH which is a tear where your placenta attaches to the uterine wall. If the hematoma is large enough it compromises the blood flow to the baby. Do not have sex OR orgasm until she gives you the clear.
