When she was a year old. We went to a tattoo parlor to have them done professionally.
I’m waiting till my daughter is 7 and asks for it.
At 2 months! She has no issues with them & loves when I buy her different ones to switch out.

I'm personally waiting. Not because I see an issue with it but it's honestly just more work for me to keep her little ear piercings clean and make sure they don't get pulled out. I never wear earrings because they inconvenience me so I can't imagine how much they would bother her lol. If you do go I would find a piercing shop that is willing to do it rather than Claire's or somewhere with a piercing gun. They're very unsanitary and it would stink for her to get an infection. Good luck! I'm sure they'll look adorable 😊
My doctors office does them and that’s how I got mine done was at my doctors
@annadoran09 As long as they don't use the gun that's awesome! They also did mine that way when I was a baby but they only had access to the guns back then and didn't know how much damage they could cause and how much bacteria they hold. ☹
Around 13 months. Shes 4.5 years old now and LOVES that she has her ears pierced
When she has seen it done and says she would still like it done herself. I would never get them done young as they are permanent holes and things can shift as they grow and make them crooked/uneven anyways.
Im going to wait till sje can verbally tell me she wants it done and she can care for it for herself
