It's normal for kids to grind their teeth. This is a common concern/complaint from parents (I work in a pediatric dental office). Nothing you can really do. They will grow out of it...usually it will stop when the 6yr molars come in...if not before. If you are super concerned...contact your dentist to see what they may recommend.
