I have a question: so we are leaving the army base for 3 days and will be about 3 hours from base I’ll be 35weeks pregnant. My question is should I take the baby car seat and baby’s diaper bag with me Incase something does happen and I somehow go into labor. We will be walking ALOT were going to SeaWorld one day San Diego zoo one day and beach will be more relaxing but still will be walking a little.

I think it’s a good idea. And don’t be shy about renting one of the electric wheelchairs. San Diego Zoo is a killer with their hills (they do have a tram though). Have fun!!!

That’s a good idea I might have to do that!!!! We’re really excited to go to that zoo I’ve been wanting to go sense I was kid!!!! And finally I get to go!!!!

it’s awesome, we used to have a membership. It’s just it’s very easy to get stuck at the bottom of a huge hill you have no choice to climb. 😂I’m not exaggerating. But it is amazing. I suggest to look at the map online ahead of time and try to get an idea of what you HAVE to see and what you would like to see. You guys should check out Balboa park if you have free time. It’s right next to both.

Im 36 weeks and going 2 hours away for a week tomorrow. Im not taking anything. Unless theres a sign something might happen. My doctors have no worries

Okay! I’ll ask my doctor on Tuesday when I go see him and see what he thinks I should do, I just wouldn’t want my husband having to drive 3 hours back to the base to turn around and go back to the hospital back in San Diego especially if I end up going into labor early the NICU is in San Diego and would have to stay in San Diego until we get discharged to go back home. Theirs no NICU on the military base we live on.

I would just in case i was 36 weeks when i went on to labor with my second child and was walking alot to i had just went to the mall that day. Not saying you will just in case

Oh goodness walking in mall is still pretty good amount of walking! And yeah I’m definitely gonna be taking that stuff with me then cause sea world is definitely gonna be a lot of walking and San Diego zoo well probably won’t even be able to walk the entire park lol 😂 hopefully I won’t go into labor!!!!
