Please help me, I am in THE worst pain of my life I can barely breathe. I think I have an exposed nerve in my bottom back tooth and it’s absolutely throbbing and shooting pain through the entire side of my face into my ear. I have no way to go anywhere I have no car and Idk wtf to do. I’m balling like a baby and having a full blown panic attack. I seriously wanna die right now I’m in so much pain!!!

Do you have any pain relievers? Such as Tylenol? It may not take all the pain away, but it could possible dampin it too tolerable.

I’ve taken several ibuprofen it’s not even touching it. I’m in so much pain I feel my body numbing/tingling like I’m going to pass out. I’m trying to take care of my 5 of 6 kids by myself rn and I can barely breathe 😩

Motrin/ibuprofen is best. Rotate warm and cold on the outside of your cheek. You’ll probably need an extraction and maybe a round of antibiotics. I’m an EDDA (basically a jack of all trades for the dentist) and I have to recommend this quite often until they can get an appointment. It’s also the weekend so if for some reason you can find a ride the best bet is an urgent care and ask for the antibiotics until you can see a dentist. Let me know if you need anymore advice 😊

I’ve been taking ibuprofen that’s all I had and it’s not touching it at all. Is there anything I can do to numb this pain? I literally feel like I’m going to pass out from pain

Try rotating a warm rag and an ice pack on the outside of your cheek. You may also notice that one might work better than the other so you could just use what feels best.
You can try something like oragel. It works sometimes. Or if your ibuprofen is gel caps bust one open and put the liquid on the area that’s in pain.

I had 1 wisdom tooth removed a month after giving birth to my 3 rd son was the worst pain of my life and a reg dentist couldn’t do the procedure since was on the nerve they said I needed an oral surgeon even with 3 shots to numb it during procedure I jumped off table ,”ice your cheek on side it hurts that will help”gargle hydrogen peroxide don’t swallow it helps also and if u have I ibuprofen 800helps ,was in that pain for 3 wks barely slept and had to work also and take care of my kids ,feel better def try to get to an urgent care via taxi, bus ,maybe a neighbor can take you there ,lay elevated too helps “feel better “
