My sons god mother has serve morning sickness, what kinda home remedies can help? An what could she keep down?

This was recommended to me by my ob take 1/2 (50gm) unisom (sleep aid) and 1 vitamin b6 at bed time it worked amazingly for me

@h_mother0322, I was around 7 weeks it was when I first found out I was so sick I couldn’t keep water down 😩
