When my son was four he needed his blood drawn. He held his breath when they places the needle that he turned purple 🤦🏻‍♀️. Shots he’s manageable but if he ever needs another blood drawn....

I just explained to mine that crying was completely okay, but throwing a fit and fighting the dr was not, then he did amazing! Of coarse their were tears, but no issues. He also got a ice cream after for being a big boy, (he knew about it before we got their so it was good motivation)
