Red line is my incision. Black line is where it hurts!

Right after I showered about 2 hours ago, it started to hurt real bad! I’ve been trying to stay in one place. But it’s hurting badly! Has anyone had this experience!? It’s so weird because I was perfectly fine before I jumped in the shower. 🤭🤔
