I lost my cousin tonight, it was so unexpected. my whole family is just falling apart. how do we get through this. I feel so mad about him being gone. this isn’t fair he didn’t deserve to die. rip jacob I love you so so much

I'm so sorry for your loss it's so hard to deal with, find somthing that helps you get though it no matter how weird it is, I lost my brother a month ago and for the first week I was so lost and hurt and not expecting I had is sweatshirt on everyday, he was a funny guy and loved music for 2 weeks I drove around listening to his music thinking back to all the stuff we did or was going to do then all the stuff I told him I would do I did it. Just take time to grief in your own way see someone and talk to someone you trust there is 2 girls on hear that helped so much its amazing what kind words can do for someone. Dont be afraid to cry and just let it out. If you need someone to chat with u can message me whenever.

Also I don't think there is an easy way to get through the grieving process. Just keep trying it takes time. I've lost 2 cousins and a brother that way. Too young and just happened out of the blue. 😭
he was 21 years old, my age 😓 we have no idea what happened. all we know is that he collapsed, some things point to a possible seizure but it doesn’t explain some other things that happened 😥. I just still can’t believe he’s gone. it seriously does not feel real. he was my best friend growing up, I feel so lost. I have never seen my family like this, we’ve never lost anyone, even my grandparents are still w us. thank you for your condolences 🙏🏻 I just have to keep praying
