Babies don’t eat very much at a time, their stomachs are like the size of a quarter. Don’t stress about it too much yet. Stay hydrated, trust your body, and breastfeed on demand. If you aren’t producing enough, your baby’s weight will let you know. Since it’s so early, just keep doing what you’re doing. If she doesn’t seem to be gaining properly according to her doctor, that’s when you should start focusing more on your production.

Gatorade, flaxseed (I mixed in fruit smoothies), fenugreek, and lots of water!

Try pumping right before baby eats it will stimulate more milk and if baby doesn't get enough from you in that feeding you can cup feed what you pumped...remember baby pulls out more then the pump but pump can help stimulate milk production

Lots of times wonen think they have low supply and they dont it's normal to not be so noticeably full. Your supply is established to only what baby needs. As long as you nurse as frequently and for as long as she wants and she has good diaper out put don't worry. It's normal for your breasts to be softer and her to nurse quicker too. Don't supplement with formula. Just keep nursing. You're doing something amazing for her and your body was made to do it. You got this. Feel free to pm me any time. Joining all comments above! Just don’t give up mama! It might not be easy at the beginning. If any concerns- check with good bf specialist, check if the latch is correct or if smth is not going right and baby cannot express good enough- check if she might have tongue or lip ties!!!
