Probably a stupid question but how can you tell the difference between ovulation spotting and implantation spotting? I've tried goggling but couldn't really find any information. Any help would be appreciated.

By tracking your cycle maybe? If you know when you ovulate you could make your determination based on that. Do you track your cycle? I know i ovulate in the 1to 3 days after the end of my period bc each time I've been pregnant it was from sex during that time. Thinking back is it that way for you? In your other pregnancies when did you conceive?

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

I do track my cycle, I typically ovulate 2 or 3 days after my period ends and this happened 7 days after my period ended. I'm on paragard but I know that no birth control is 100%. I'm not sure with my others when I conceived.
