I swear I hate my neighbors. They have two big ass huskies that broke our fence and keep getting in our backyard, and we have two small pugs. One night I heard one of them screaming and she had a wet spot on her back. Idk if they trying to play and scared her or were trying to attack her. And every time I go over to their house they won’t answer the door. Last night the dogs got in our yard and stole our dog food bowls. I’m so sick of it.

I would be too and I would call animal control because I doubt your landlord will fix the problem

Our last neighbors had Huskey’s. They’re notorious for digging. The ones next door dug several holes under my fence and one made it under. I called animal control and they went over there and educated them on animal safety. The HOA also started fining them monthly. Do you may want to try those 2 things.
