How long do your babies take a nap? My boy only sleeps for 30 mins and he wakes up still very tired 🤷🏽 ♀

My son has always been a cat napper. A 40 minute nap is normal for him.

My son was the same way when he was an infant. His naps would be 30 mins, 40 tops. If I was holding him then he’d nap longer. It was rough because he was constantly tired but wouldn’t sleep longer. It’s much, much better now. Hang in there!

If she’s in my arms she will sleep for hours. In her own bed for naps she wakes up every half hour.

My son naps about 2-3 hours at a time
