You can never prepare yourself to loose one of your parents. My heart is breaking knowing my dad is no longer in this world. You were to young to leave only 46 years old, alcohol took over your life for many,many years. I wish something just one thing could of saved you from the addiction. I love you dad 💔

He was a drinker also . So I lost him long before he was put to rest . He passed away in 2011 . December 15 2011 . The day before my sons 8th birthday .

Sorry for your loss, i loss my father back in November from a heart attack he was only 55 I know his heart attack happened because of poor life choices. It sucks I won't lie and say it's going to get better or things will get easier because honestly it doesn't. I'll be praying for your strength during this hard time.

I shed a tear, my step dad has the same problem. Even though he’s no longer with my mom I hope he’s doing fine.

I'm so sorry hun. I understand what you're going through I lost both my parents 11 years ago. They passed away only five and a half months apart my father was 51 and my mother was 47. My father also had issues with alcohol. I'm always here if you need to talk you can message me anytime

I’m so sorry you’re going thru this love. My dad is unfortunately an alcoholic & this is one of my fears I know is coming. He hasn’t been doing well recently but he also is completely & entirely set in his ways & trying to get him is just not even an option. Never has been honestly. I feel your pain. I hope time heals this quickly for you💕 always remember you have a guardian angel now.
