Any natural remedies for bloating? And for nausea? Anything helps I just prefer natural
@erickamoran28, meat is hard for me when pregnant too except I could do scrambled eggs sometimes! If you can replace your meat protein with other sources, that will be good. For me I was able to help nausea not be as terrible by keeping food in my tummy. So I’d eat something small every couple hours.
@phoebesmommy, it’s been very hard to even have an appetite. Everything that I used to love eating disgusts me now and it makes me so sad to say bye to my steak and bacon. But yes that is true whenever I snack on some things throughout the day I feel better and less nauseous.
Drink a good amount of water, eat high protein and a good amount of fiber
