I agree with @bodybycheetos definitely save these messages. Little does he know he just showed himself. When you're going through anything regarding custody this attitude is not the way to go. Remember to keep things light. Preferably only text if you do respond to him so you'll have proof of the negativity. All he wants to do is hurt your feelings. Trust me Hang in there k🙏❤
@mylaishaprince9 but through the courts all that ignorance will not be able to partake. Only what is truthful and in the best interest of the child. I know it's easier said than done but you've got this. You are just going to have to be strong through this love. Knowing you have these messages should motivate you a bit that he obviously doesn't have it all the way together if he can't even present his feelings through text in a non threatening manner smh lol. He's just talking and if he isn't, just have your ducks in row and have faith!
Courts don’t like to take a child from their mother however if one parent has better means of providing for that child court tends to go their way since it’s in the best interest of the child
