So my bestfriend took a test yesterday and it was negative. Today it was positive! However she’s having horrible cramps but no bleeding. She spotted 4 days ago but only couple hours with some cramping.. which was implantation I’m sure. She does drink heavy and was drinking heavy last week as she wasn’t trying to get pregnant. Anyone else cramp very bad in the beginning? I had cramps but they weren’t bad bad. Just trying to give her advice

The drinking she has done so far shouldn't affect the baby, she just obviously should stop now. I had some pretty bad cramping in the beginning of my pregnancy, it was off and on but cramps shouldn't be feeling any worse than period cramps.
That’s what I said she should be fine on the drinking however she claims these cramps are bad. So I’m just praying she is fine
Everybodys different. Came back with a negative then positive. Id take another test to be sure even 2 more then see a dr or something to be 100% sure
