Lots of water, along with drinking coconut milk or water. Those Body Armor drinks taste good and help. Eat oatmeal.

I can’t eat any type of fish so what can be an substitute for the salmon ?

Why do both? If you nurse more than pump that alone will increase your milk supply. Move milk to make milk.
Baby suckle is better than a breast pump.

I do both because sometimes he don’t latch on properly when he rushing and then I be sore.

have you checked him for any ties? What I would do is try to latch my son when he wasn’t hungry. That would be my practice.

I latch him on until he remove himself but I don’t think he be going full ! So I’m trynna increase my milk supply

I’m asking all these question cause sometimes moms aren’t that knowledgeable about breastfeeding.
Baby’s don’t only nurse for hunger.
They want boob for others reasons too.
