Did anyone ever track their temp while trying to conceive? I think it's called basal body temperature. Or did you use ovulation kits?

I used onestep, it’s just personal preference but I always found them to be reliable.
I didnt do either. I downloaded an app called Flo and my period was always on the spot. And so was ovulation. Used it with my daughter and we just found out we are going to have another little one
I used opks that o just ordered from amazon. I never could figure out the temp thing
I’ve done both. Ovulation tests can confirm the LH surge is happening but temping confirms ovulation has taken place. For opks you get bundles on amazon and eBay for pretty cheap, handy if you’re using them a lot.
Gotcha. Which brand? I know I heard someone say it's best to test twice a day during fertile period? I have been using the app to track my cycles and they come like clockwork but I feel like I'm still missing my most fertile day.
