Hey moms! So I’ve been having really bad lower back pain it’s on my right side kinda by my butt only on that side and it hurts so bad when i walk also when i turn to my side or move a certain way it hurts so bad does anyone know what that could be ?

@flamingomom, what’s that? And i know but like i stand all day and don’t get a break for a 6 hour shift so it would legit kill me my legs kill me after work and it was hurting bad but i don’t want them to be like wow so you called off and all it was was sciatic back pain😕

Sound like your sciatic nerve. There are stretches you can find online that will help you find relief.

Sciatica. My ob recommended walking a lot and it did help although it was painful. He said it would help baby get into position and off my sciatic nerve
