Its my I LOVE MYSELF anniversary. No woman or man should be treated badly. Verbal and physical abuse is both harmful! You can’t love someone and also use hurtful names or put your hands on them. That’s not love and putting up with someone treating you that way isn’t loving yourself. You have to love yourself first before anyone can love you. I’m proud of myself for not allowing anyone to treat me badly. People who treat people that they love bad make me sick.
