Anybody else receive the methotrexate shot after an ectopic pregnancy and have abdominal cramping like about to get your period? I got 2 shots yesterday and feel nauseous and now having cramps😔 if you did how long did it last?

Cramps Did anyone have cramps in their lower back while they were in their tww and got a BFP later on? I've been having cramps in my lower back (right side) today like I'm about to come on!! I still have 9days until Af! I've never had this early on before!! I really thought af was coming today! ?
Did any moms have cramping in your lower stomach right before labor? Does that mean I’m getting ready to go into labor or what? It’s like period cramps.
