Pads literally make my VV ACHE. Something about wearing like a diaper all day that gives me a rash or literally just makes me ache. I can’t wear tampons ever since giving birth. (Prolapsed bladder)

I have no idea what to do. On top of period pains I have to deal with a achy Vv
I know that it's possible to use a menstrual cup as well but it would be trial and error to find the one that works.

Yah and I just can’t take that risk lol I am out the house from 6:30am-6:30pm I can’t risk the cup falling out in the office
