This is probably a dumb question but how do I talk to my doctor about feeling depressed and having anxiety attacks it’s been going on for a while got a lot worse once I found out I was pregnant I have attacks probably 3-4 times a month never felt this way with my first
Literally tell them what you said on this post. I took medication, it helped. But keep it mind different people need different doses/types of meds. And there’s no way of know exactly how much you need. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right dosage.
Just say “I’ve been feeling depressed lately. What can I do?” She will take it from there!
I’ve been wondering that as well. Like how do I bring it up to my OB 😔 ?
Yeah, just say it. I finally came clean with my doctor and he gave me medicine while I was pregnant.
Did you feel like they helped you?
@aubjan, honestly, I only took them for a little while. He gave me small dose to take for a week and a stronger does to take the way of the time. I heard people say the meds made them emotionless and I didn’t wanna be like that cuz I still had my daughter to take care of so I stopped taking them.
I just prayed a lot and had a big support system that help me through it
Just say you haven’t been feeling your best self lately and then they will ask you some questions so you can go into detail xx
Can I talk to my ob about it or do I need to make a regular doctors appointment
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!

I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
At my OB appointments my nurse would always ask if I had any concerns I wanted to discuss with the doc. Just tell your nurse you have been having issues with anxiety or when you see the doc, Just tell them
