Being sober is just that. SOBER. It doesn't mean, i stop this but i still do this but im sober! Hell no. And the sooner people realize that the better. This one person i know says hes sober and its been so and so months of his sobriety. But he remkved one thing and just does MORE (because he did it before too) of something else in its place. Im sorry but thats nkt sobriety. Replacing one drug with another. And hes lieing to himself so much about jt he actually believes it and if anyone says anything about it he'll cause hell. Hkw donyou even try to talk to someone like that. Trying to help but hes so lost in his own lie
