Anyone else going thru PPD? I was diagnosed with PPD when my 3rd son was a few months old, he's going to be 3 in Sept but I've had another baby since then and she's 11months but I still feel like I have PPD. Not as bad as when I first was diagnosed with it, now I'm just more tired(wanting to sleep), on and off eating, not happy but not sad. I'll be fine for a few days and then it comes back for 1-2weeks before I feel "better" again

I do. Hang in there. I go through the same thing, tired fatigue everyday, no appetite, endless loop of negative anxious thoughts all day, barely sleep. I’m 10 months PP. I started therapy a month ago. It’s slow to help but very nice to get all that dark emotional baggage out.
