How much do you pay on average for health insurance for a family of 4?

We are debating about my husband to accept a job as a contractor and I'm so afraid because there are no benefits :(

We use the marketplace and pay $338 a month after the benefit part kicks in. But the insurance sucks. Hardly anyone takes it and the deductible is $3500 a person.
