Great morning 🌞 super moms heres a quick story about my journey so far:
I was in deep depression for the past 3 years & gained over 80 POUNDS a few months after I gave birth, I lost alot of my clients because of it. My business got cut by over 60% and I almost gave up. It took alot of personal development, self awareness, self talk, responsibility, and a huge reality check to move forward. I never talked to any of my family or friends about the depression because I thought it was normal until a total stranger educated me about it. So I just dealt with it alone whenever I had free time to myself but I know if I wouldve talked to someone about depression sooner I would've been able to handle it better and the healing process probably would've taken less time. With that said I'm pretty sure other moms have gone through something similar. I just want to be able to empower other moms to step forward to someone / anyone to get help. And now that I'm finally back on track with loving myself fully, eating healthy, working out again I just want to motivate & inspire other moms to overcome whatever they're going through as well.

My significant other hasn’t been to one appt. am I crazy for being bothered about it? I’m already depressed I’m having another baby. I didn’t even want anymore. I feel like I don’t have the support I need.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
just feel super depressed. literally in tears right now. nothing I do or say seems to be going right. sometimes I wished I would've killed myself years ago when I had the chance. I'm sorry if this depresses you :(
I kind of suffered from postpartum depression after I had my first due to me being self conscious about my weight and not accepting my appearance. I made a promise to myself this time no matter what I'm going to eat better and exercise.
So needed to hear this❣👌😊
