Bc I find myself eating it more then drinking fluid 😩 I consistently have to be eating it 🙄

Yes it is I’m anemic and eat ice all day long , my mouth craves it . Your doctor should have found it out with your blood work , if not ask he/she to check it. They would most likely give you and iron pill but mines doesn’t work lol I love my ice I live at Sonics and the stores I only eat the crush ice though it’s easier lol

@meganrogers1329, I was anemic before I got pregnant with both my kids and I never craved ice, and I didn’t crave ice until I was pregnant with my youngest & I still crave it everyone in awhile.

I'm anemic and I crave ice a lot, though I try to be careful about eating it since I don't want to chip a tooth 😋
