Okay need help! My son is 2 and a half, and he will not fall asleep in his room unless we stay next to him. Then he will wake up in the middle of the night/early in the morning, and come in our room. He will cry as soon as he wakes up and idk why! He has been doing this for a long time and we let it happen sometimes but now we want to break him from doing this! We have put a night light, we put a child proof door knob but he will just scream until we come in. Idk what to do at this point!
I’ll be complete honest, I’m full grown and I still hate sleeping alone. Sometimes I’m fine, sometimes I’m terrified. He may not be ready... who knows what’s running through his tiny two year old brain lol
That is true! So just continue to let him come in our room?
At two is when real fears start to set in for children. He might just be scared.
Opinions please!!!
My son sleeps in his crib in my room. He wakes up once or twice a night. I want to move him out of our room but we only have a two bedroom and he would have to share a room with my daughter, but my husband doesn’t think it’s a good idea to put him in her room until he sleeps all night without waking up.
Make your own breakfast!
At what age do you think a child should be making their own breakfast? I have a 10 year old and I think he is perfectly capable of making himself breakfast. It doesn't take rocket science to put some waffles into the toaster, or microwave some pancakes. My husband insists that he needs to have breakfast made for him because if we left it up to him he wouldn't eat enough and it would take him forever.
My boyfriend hasn’t changed ONE diaper ever and my son is 9 months old. He hasn’t fed him in about 5 months, he doesn’t bath him and hes never been left alone with him and he doesn’t even wake up during the night to help with him. He MAYBE washes the bottles at night if it’s a good day and I’m confused as to how bc I’m a woman IM supposed to do all that by myself?? lmfao ya no.
So mamas I need advice. We take our son to the gym with us and they watch him in their kid care. Well this will be the third time that we’ve gotten called in there to get him because he’s supposedly doing something we’ve never seen or heard of him doing. When I went in there, the girl was holding him, he was in tears and so happy to see me and wanted me to pick him up. I told her I wanted to see him doing what he was supposedly doing. He went on to play with a toy nicely so I told him to come to...
My son is 6 months old and idk how to break this habit with him but he still wakes up about five times a night wanting a bottle.
My nearly two and four year old still come in. I got my two year old a step so he can climb into bed for snuggles hopefully without waking me too much. He has gotten so heavy I have pulled a muscle from lifting him into bed with me. 🤣
