Do you mean like your pelvic floor? Bones? If so then it’s likely SPD. Hurts me to walk too.

Achy and sharp? Yes! It was AWFUL. Lightning crotch and just pressure, I think. It felt like my vagina was just bruised and almost swollen feeling.

Yes mine hurts me to walk and when I'm lying down it's hurts bad when I turn over. My doc is giving me a support belt to see if it helps with the pain when I walk.
