If she is only a year old you should stick with the hard food. Cats need to be able to keep their teeth healthy and strong, eating only canned food isn’t natural for them and actually can cause teeth and gum problems when they get old. In nature they munch on the bones of their kill... 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
Person we bought her from told us to feed her dry food and small kitty cans so that’s what we did. I might try dry food and dry snacks for her now and see how she likes it.

Hmmm... maybe a sensitive digestive track? Try some for “hair balls” or simply just one for their tummy??

One of my cats is REALLY picky. Keep trying different ones and you’ll find one she likes. Around a year old we switched to dry food and only did canned food a few times a week. She likes that.
Fancy feast, friskies, 9 lives i think. Hubby also bough her some from pet store, don’t remember brand. Dry food we buy her different ones, so she don’t eat same ones all the time.

@angelinao, Cats can have a hard time switching brands of dry food bc of the different formulas, so you may just want to stick to one. My cats ate the same kind for 7 years. We just recently switched brands a few months ago. It took my picky cat a couple of weeks to adjust to the new one, but now she’s fine.
@ek_, I honestly just felt bad that if we buy her same dry food, it’s like eating same food all the time hahah

Almost 1
She eats sometimes, but most of the times no. If i give her food like cooked chicken etc. she eats without a problem 🤷♀️

Yeah you have to ween her onto the dry food, so maybe try mixing the two and then giving less and less of the canned (that is if you find one that she likes) otherwise she just might be done with the canned food, cats just mature differently... I’ve had more cats than I can count, I even raised a litter of 6 from birth to adulthood. I kept 3 including the momma.
