Breastfed, Prem baby with colic 🙄 I read online fennel tea for mum works which I have tried! It’s making no difference what so ever! Also then I get zero caffeine which doesn’t help coping with colic! Any other tips?

I had to cut garlic out of my diet as it makes my little one really windy and hurts his tummy. Also Woodward's gripe water was a life saver for me. Owen was at the point where I could hardly take him anywhere as he was constantly screaming and that really helped. Xxx

and if it helps, they do grow out of it. I was at my wits end and thought it'd never stop but one day he woke up totally fine and we've been okay since! (apart from the odd day) it was pretty much as soon as he hit 5 months x

that’s a great massage technique the bath helps so we gave her another bath at 11 last night. Will get some gripe water as well
