How did you ladies stopped breastfeeding? My baby is 1 year old, and I’m DONE. He is bitting and pulling on my boob; it hurts so much. I know that I should wean a feeding at a time, and it will probably take a month to completely wean, but I don’t want to wait that long. Any ideas or recommendations?

I gave my son a bottle with cows milk during the day and then at night, replacing boobie feeds. Now I have to wean the bottle though 😞 trying to slowly add water and hoping he will just drop it soon.
Edit: this was about a month ago, and it was the first time he ever drank from a bottle. Took to it pretty quick.

I was 6 months pregnant so I wasn’t producing as much so luckily I didn’t have that issue

I completely cut my son off went straight to cows milk. When I was engorged I used cold cabbage leaves, absolute life save. I would have cabbage leaves in my bra literally all day. Probably after a week or two weeks the engorgement went down and so did the pain. Tylenol can help a little bit too.
