I would test every day now that you've started so you know when you reach ovulation. Once u get to that point, you will release an egg 12 to 48 hours later. But you are fertile serval days out of the month, sperm can survive for 5 days inside of us, under favorable conditions, like good ph levels and such. Test everyday , but babydance every couple of days as you dont want to lessen the sperm count, once you reach positive for ovulation, I would babydance that day and the day after. Skip a day then do it again for good measure !!

The first time u use these, they will always show negative, because it has to establish a baseline to even detect If the lh is climbing or not. However depending on how far along in your pregnancy you were and when you actually miscarried , the hcg could still be in your system which would automatically trigger a positive ovulation test because these tests cant tell between hcg and lh. I miscarried on the 25th at almost 11 weeks pregnant and my ovulation tests are still positive because its detecting the hcg. My doctor said I am clear to start trying again right now but that I wouldnt be able to tell when I'm ovulating for about a month, due to the hcg triggering a positive ovulation test. It's best to track after you get your first period, and go from there. You can still try for pregnancy right now, just babydance every couple of days so you cover your bases. But dont waste these expensive tests on now . Track after you get your period .

But yes, you should wait until you have a period to start tracking.
