What do you ladies think? Baby acne? It's on her face and head and a little bit on her neck/chest. It doesn't seem to itch or bother her at all. It's only been there a few days as well. She has no fever or anything and we try to make sure she doesn't get too warm by keeping her in lighter clothing unless the air is kicked up.
