Had my 40 week appt this afternoon. She checked me and my cervix is still closed. We scheduled my induction for Sunday night at 8pm. That is if he doesn't decide to come before then.

Just thought I would give you a bit of advice that I wish someone would of told me as a first time mom. I wanted to give you some key pointers that will help labor go easier and faster. 1. Walk, walk, walk. (That helps put pressure on your cervix to dilate). 2. If you can have sex and try to have an orgasm. (The semen has prostaglandins which help ripen the cervix and the orgasm gives you contractions. 3. Clean your house if you haven’t already, it will help keep you in your toes and keep you busy. Takes your mind off the long awaited day! Good luck!! That’s exciting!
Do a lot of walking.
