Hello Every one my names Linda,

I have 4 wonderful god gifted children I absolutely love with my whole heart I currently live in Bluffdale, UT. I am currently by trying to quit smoking cigarettes I've been smoking since I was 17 quit for ,2 years but started again and its been rally hard to quit.

My oldest has ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Sleeping problem's she has fears of stuff we cannot control and she's like a tween so struggling to help her is really tough especially when we fights back.

My 7 year old acts like his can't hear me and lies, my 2 year old screams to much and is very demanding and my 1 year is just a straight out mama's boy but cries allot any ideas and suggestions you moms can give me please don't judge but that's my excuse of smoking its just a relaxer for me and cant seem to get away from I
